In an effort to make BENT more accessible, we offer parents in our community childcare subsidies. Please email the collective at we.are.bent@gmail.com for more information.
If you would like to volunteer at the next BENT please email us. You'll get into the party for free and get a drink of your choice on us.

We try our very best to make everyone welcome, comfortable and safe at our parties, so please be respectful of the volunteers, security people and other party-goers. Basically, be nice or just stay home. Also, remember that it's volunteers who clean up after you at the end of the night.

Great party!
I'm really hoping you guys might do another "Bikesexual BENT"... everyone I know who went there last July said it was one of the best of the year. The sad kicker is that I arrived in Vancouver on a plane that night with (theoretically) enough time to come out to BENT, but my flight was grounded on the runway for 5 hours and I landed long after the party was over.
Thoughts?

Hi there,
BENT is working on an accessibility project. We are raising funds to make the ANZA club wheelchair accessible. This would require major renovations to the club, including the building of a ramp, installing an elevator, and also making the bathroom wheelchair accessible. The money we make from the party therefore goes into the wheelchair accessibility fund...
We also offer parents in the community childcare subsidies so they can access the party easily without having to worry about paying for childcare.
Some of our money also goes into throwing volunteer appreciation parties from time to time.
We will issue a press release regarding the wheelchair accessibility project fairly soon.
